Omega 3 is an important powerful fatty acid, and is considered a calming fatty acid. It wards off cancer, heart disease and even alzheimers.
Dr. Oz showed the importance of the balance between Omega 3 and Omega 6, the other fatty acid that by itself is not harmful, although when exposed to far too much of it, it cancels out all of the benefits we need from Omega 3.
